The links at Nairn overlook the Moray firth in the northeast of Scotland and is undoubtedly one of the country's finest and most picturesque links courses. The par 72 layout at Nairn comprises over 100 bunkers, guarding subtle greens and gorse lined fairways, which unanimously demand accurate ball striking.
From the beginning, golfers are faced with wonderful challenges, lengthy par fours and testing par threes making it easy to see why the course was chosen to host the Walker Cup recently. The greens are perhaps the finest surfaces in Scotland.
There are no weak holes at Nairn and by the end of your round, you will be satisfied that you have played one of the great links courses, even if your score doesn't reflect it. The new clubhouse is an ideal retreat after a round and you will find the members most hospitable.
