St. Andrews Castle Course

THE LINKS, ST ANDREWS, FIFE, SCOTLAND

St Andrews newest course opened for play July 2008. Designed by David McLay Kidd, internationally acclaimed for his design of Bandon Dunes, Oregon, and Macrihanish Dunes on the west coast of Scotland , the course is a traditional Scottish links course running along the shoreline. Elevated areas on the course will offer stunning views back towards St Andrews. The course is very challenging and some would say aspects of it such as some of the greens are too challenging and therefore not for the high handicapper.
